Meet the Staff

My name is Elizabeth Cronin and I’m the Kindergarten teacher and a camp couselor in the summer.  I graduated from Clark Summit University in May 2014 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early and Elementary Education. I am Pennsylvania certified with the Department of Education and I am also certified with the Association of Christian Schools International. In addition, I am CPR and First Aid certified.

My name is Virginia Cronin and I am a teacher in the Pre-K department.  I have my Childhood Development Associate credential and am certified in First Aid/CPR. I have 15+ years of teaching experience in infants thru preschool.  My husband Bill and I have three wonderful children Ben, Elizabeth, and Rebecca.  We enjoy spending our time together hiking or playing board games.  I am a proud owner of a Tennessee Walking horse named Mr. Lincoln, who I enjoy taking care of and riding after work each day.

Hi, my name is Karen DeSanto and I am a teacher in the Pre-K department.  I have been a substitute teacher at Kids in the Village since November 2016.  I moved to Pennsylvania from New York, where I taught for 21 years.  I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Teaching.  I hold two state teaching certificates in New York and New Jersey.  I am also certified in First Aid/CPR.  I look forward to helping your children grow spiritually and academically. 

My name is Andrea Siddall and I am a teacher in the Pre-K department. I am excited about the opportunity that God is giving me to share His love and Word with you and your children. I have been working at Kids in the Village Early Learning Center since August 2014 and have been working with children since I was fifteen years old. I graduated cum laude from West Chester University with a degree in Elementary Education. Also, I am certified in First Aid/CPR.  I also have a son in elementary school. Being a parent has shown me a different side to teaching. I will treat your child with the same amount of care and love that I show my son.

My name is Susan Limbauan (“Miss Sue”) and I am a teacher in the preschool department. I graduated from Kutztown State College with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design. I have an updated Child Development Associate credential which is a National certificate recognized by the Council for Professional Recognition in Washington, D.C, and I am certified in First Aid/CPR.  I’ve enjoyed many different jobs at the school including working alongside all the children as the Bible and Music teacher, Infant/Toddler teacher, preschool teacher and Elementary care. I love working with children of all ages and I look forward to partnering together with you in caring, nurturing, and educating your children through the gifts God has given me. 

My name is “Miss Melissa” McKay and I am a teacher in the preschool department.  Along with being a preschool teacher, I enjoy being the preschool coordinator and camp director.  When I first became a KITV employee, I assisted in all departments.  I received my Childhood Development Associate credential in April 2011 and keep it current by continuing my education doing online trainings.  I am also certified in First Aid/CPR.  I have been with KITV since September 2007.  I realize that caring for and educating your children is a privilege, as well as a tremendous responsibility.  I will do my best to ensure that each child has a positive learning experience and safe environment in my classroom.  However, I can’t do this alone, I need your help.  I want to partner with you in your child’s care and learning, and I will work to develop open lines of communication with your family.

My name is Donna Weaver and I am a preschool teacher.  I live in Trappe, PA with my husband Leon and my mother.  I have one son named Jason, who attends Cairn University in Langhorne, PA.  I love to read, bake, and go to the mountains.  I have been teaching and working with children for many years.  I have my PA certification in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Christian Education.  I have taught pre-school, kindergarten, 1st grade and 2nd grade.  I am also certified in First Aid/CPR.

My name is Ann Greiner and I am a teacher in the older toddler classroom.  I am married and the mother of three children and grandmother of seven grandchildren.  I have a BA in English and an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in which I am also certified.  I am also First Aid/CPR certified.  I have worked in the field for many years.  My previous jobs were teaching at Christ United Methodist Church and at Hopwood Nursery School in aftercare and aiding in several classrooms.  These schools are both in Lansdale, where I live.  I have also been an active member at Christ Church since 1971.   I have been working at Kids in the Village since October, 2014.

My name is Anna Armstrong and I am an assistant teacher in the older toddler classroom.  I have been with Kids in the Village Early Learning Center since early August 2017.  I was first hired in as a preschool floater, where I was able to provide aid to all of the preschool teachers and help teach when the opportunities arose.  In October, I filled in for the preschool coordinator for two weeks as her lead substitute teacher in her absence.  I was then promoted to the Care Bear’s assistant teacher shortly after that.  I am in the process of completing my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education.  I already have 58 college credits towards the Associates Degree.  My plan is to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.  I am Pediatric First Aid, CPR and Defibrillator certified.

My name is Danielle Fisher. I am a floater in the preschool department. I am a Christian who loves the Lord with all my heart. I love to pray and spread God’s love.  I have over 10 years’ experience in child care, along with being First Aid/ CPR certified. I worked in the Lower Merion School District as a substitute instructional aide, working with grades 1-12 with special needs.   I am attending Montgomery County Community College to study Early Childhood Education


My name is Allison Goodwin and I’ve enjoyed teaching young children for many years.  I am the teacher in the younger toddler classroom.  They are full of energy but are also very loving and kind and even on a tough day they can do or say something to make you smile.  My favorite joke of all time by a Kindergartner:  “What's the difference between a train and a teacher?  One says ‘Choo Choo’, the other says ‘Spit it out!’"   For the last eight years I have been teaching young toddlers to age 3 1/2.  I have training in First Aid, CPR, Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Sanitation practices for children age infant to five years old.  I also have worked in classrooms teaching children age 3-6 as well as afternoon programs for children age 2-6.  I was born and raised in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia and from my earliest memories until now have enjoyed singing and playing music in church.  Also, I"ve participating in teaching children in Sunday School and VBS programs.  I live in North Wales, PA with my husband Bill, my adult son Jonathan, our old Jack-a-poo dog named Rags, and our Lovebird named Birdie-Birdie.

My name is Francine Lagana and I am the assistant teacher in the younger toddler classrooms.   I have over twenty years of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education and am First Aid/CPR certified. I am happily married, with two grown children and five grandchildren. My heart is filled with love for the Lord and your precious children.

My name is Eva Berecz and I am a teacher for the older toddlers.  I have been working at this school since September 2000.  I was born and raised in Hungary and moved to the United States in 1998.  I graduated as an Elementary and Middle School teacher in 1983.  I am a mother of two grown children, my son is a lawyer, and my daughter graduated from Temple University.  Also, I am CPR/First Aid certified.  I love working with kids and enjoy helping to enhance their world through exploration which aids the children in transitioning to the next level. I feel hands-on is the way to go, especially at the wonderful age of 2.  There is nothing more important than to show others the love of God.  Each day through song and Biblical truths we will receive together the love and peace that only God can give.

My name is Samantha Buffo and I am a teacher in the infant department.  I love Jesus, children and animals.  I studied elementary education at Los Angeles Pierce College.  Also, I am First Aid/CPR certified.  I am happily married and have 2 amazing children.  My daughter, Winter, attends youth group here at the Village while my husband, Anthony, my son, Ethan, and I are very involved with our church family at Faith Church of Worcester.  I love teaching through play and experience.  I feel hands-on is the way to go, I have taught in 3 different states, many ages ranging from infants to 5th grade.  In California and New Jersey I worked in public schools.  I’m happy to be in a Christian facility where I can share the joy of Christ in my life.  There is nothing more important than to show others the love of the Father that he has shown me through Jesus’ sacrifice.  Each day through song and biblical truths we will receive together the love and peace from the Holy Trinity that we are meant to live in.


My name is Kayla Hammons and I am the assistant teacher in the Infant department. I currently live in Phoenixville with my husband, Isaac. I have worked in child care as well as in a school setting with ages ranging from infants to high school students. I recently moved here from Illinois, where I received my Associate of Arts degree in Communications. I am excited to continue my passion for caring for children here in Pennsylvania as well as continue my education this fall, as I pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education. My husband is the Children's Pastor here at Fairview Village Church, so I am here every day of the week caring for children and teaching them about Jesus. 


My name is Jennifer Guidici and I am a teacher in the infant department.  I grew up right here in the Methacton area. My grandma raised me. She was the best person I’ve ever known. I think I get my personality from her. I’m always smiley, silly, and goofy! I have a daughter named Lizzie. She is an awesome kid! God truly blessed me when he gave me her.  Before coming to Kids in the Village I worked in Malvern as a Chef. I also worked at Jeffersonville Country Day School as a Lead Teacher for five years. I currently have my CDA in Early Childhood Education and am CPR/First Aid certified. I love to read, write poetry, and spend time with my family. I like sports, especially the Steelers and Penguins. I love cooking, especially baking! My daughter and I are constantly in the kitchen experimenting!


My name is Karin Rubio and I’m an assistant in the Infant department and camp counselor in the summer months.  I was born and raised in New York City, NY and moved to PA in 2008 to be close to my sister and her children.  I have 4 children; Kyana, Kayla, Malachi and Joshua.  I have volunteered in the children’s ministry department, participated in helping with VBS, as well as babysitting children since I joined Immanuel Church of the Nazarene in 2010.  In the near future, I plan to complete a credential in child development. I am certified in First Aid/CPR.  I am excited for the opportunity and privilege in getting to know each child, see them explore and learn as they grow each day.

Hello, my name is Tasha Rhodes and I am a lead teacher in the younger Toddler classroom.  I come to you with over 20 years of work experience in childcare and I have a Child Development Associate certification as well as First Aid/CPR.  I was born and raised in Norristown and have an older daughter.  I enjoy listening to music and catching up with all the latest TV shows and movies.  I hope I can build relationships with all of you and care for your child/children well.  I am certain that the future looks bright for all of us.

Hi my name is Bonnie Poole and I am the assistant in the younger toddler classroom. I am married and have three grown children, 2 boys and one girl. I have worked with children for a good part of my life. While wanting to stay home to raise my own three children years ago, I watched other people's children in my own home. I also worked at a daycare center for a few years doing things from kitchen cooking for 150 children to being the leader of three infant rooms. I took some time off to raise my children and to pursue other ambitions. I enjoy spending time with my two grandsons, Logan, 1-1/2 years old and Brenden, 1-year-old. I have now decided to come back and do the job I love most which is working with children. Also, I am First Aid/CPR certified.  I am looking forward to being the one that you can trust with your children when you are not able to be with them yourself.

My name is Erica “Ricky” Bell and I am the assistant in the older toddler classroom.  I have always had a passion for working with children. I enjoy seeing them grow and helping them develop. I also love my faith and church family, which is here at Fairview Village.  I have many years of experience working with infants, children, and also individuals with special needs. I am First Aid and CPR certified. My first experience working with others was as a volunteer at the Variety Club Camp and as a Special Olympics swim instructor. I have worked in childcare and after school care programs at the YMCA. From there, my career choice to work in the Child Development field brought me to Chesterbrook Academy. I have also worked at Play and Learn in the infant and toddler rooms. In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. Music, movies and shopping are favorite past times and I am an avid Eagles fan! I look forward to meeting you and your children at our school!

My name is Donna Ceschan and I am the Office Manager for Kids in the Village.  I have been blessed to be a part of this ministry since 1998.  It has been my pleasure and joy watching children as they have grown from birth through graduation from high school and some even graduating college. Previously, I worked 24 years at Commodore Semiconductor Group in the Engineering department and also worked for Coventry Family Care as a Medical Assistant.  My First Aid/CPR is always kept current.  My husband and I have attended Fairview Village Church since 1986.  We enjoy spending time with our 5 children/spouses and 6 grandchildren.  When I have time I love to swim, read, crochet, play tennis and of course go on vacation to the beach.
